Mr. K.S aged fourteen years diagnosed CONGENITAL PULMONARY VALVULAR STENOSIS (Echo dated 05-06-2007).

Chief Complaints:-

1. Cardialgia with palpitation since childhood.
2. Exertional dyspnoea since childhood.
3. Exertional fever < change of weather since childhood.
4. Weakness feeling with vertigo while rising.
5. Throat soreness with hawking disposition.
6. Perforation BL ears drum. Pain ears < cold air exposure. Hard of hearing.
